We’re starting all over! We are bringing back our multi-music game tournament series to find out who is the best music gamer in Maryland!Game tournaments currently planned:
• beatmania IIDX
• DanceDanceRevolution
• jubeat
• pop’n music
Entry fee: $8 for one tournament, $5 for each additional tournament. All machines will be set to free play for the duration of the tournament, beginning with the announcement of qualifiers.
First, second, and third place winners of each tournament will receive 60%, 40%, and 20% of that tournament’s entry fees, respectively.
Best effort has been made to ensure all games are free of sensor malfunctions. Any report of sensor malfunction during tournament play will be handled at the sole discretion of the tournament organizer. We encourage everyone to arrive early to practice!
Once tournaments have begun, all participants are expected to remain available to play their respective matches. If an entrant is called by a tournament organizer and cannot be located, the tournament organizer reserves the right to forfeit the match due to absence. We understand that with multiple tournaments players will sometimes be indisposed and a best effort will be made to accommodate entrants who are present but unable to respond to a summons. Entrants are encouraged to approach the organizers for each tournament they are participating in individually if a situation arises where they expect to be temporarily unavailable.
GamePlay Music Masters 2 is an inclusive space and all entrants are expected to treat others with the same respect they would expect to be treated with. Harassment of others for any reason will not be tolerated and will result in immediate ejection from the premises and forfeiture of any tournament entry fees paid.
