SUMMARY:YarkSFA - a Multi-Format Team Stamina FA Tournament!
DESCRIPTION:INFORMATION DOCUMENT: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1SpXBLvHq-lXoA9pQYPX5EBv8eySpSOPBWZoW26yTVy0/edit?usp=sharing \nQUALIFIER PACK (DUE 1/29/2019): https://drive.google.com/open?id=1cS_tUXETyg4ePaIkaDn5MkuziXFXA2ap \nMASTER SPREADSHEET (WIP): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1s60xP0g4nnkArEUeI2XkdigFRHnDy9tJZ0b31-xu4Zg/edit?usp=sharing \nHello hello hello! \nIt is my pleasure to announce YARKSFA: a live\, multi-event\, team-centric Stamina FA tournament developed in conjunction with the ECSFA portion of ECFA 2019. \nYARK = You already know\nSFA = Stamina FA \nYARKSFA will be a 20-player team event. The ideology of this tournament is to connect and incite further growth within the intermediate/emerging Stamina FA player base by curating an opportunity to compete and grow alongside a group of like-skilled competitors and elite mentors within this In the Groove skill set. YARKSFA competitors will consist of 4 Team Captains and 16 Competitors. Teams will be drafted by the Team Captains into 4 teams of 5 players once the Competitor roster has solidified. \nQualifiers will be held for Competitors to test their Stamina FA skills relative to the qualifier pool. The delineation between Team Captain and Competitor qualifier eligibility is based on objective performance-based metrics presented in the QUALIFIER ELIGIBILITY section of this document. We will seed entrants based on cumulative ranking in their respective pool between the 4 qualifying songs. \nThe tournament will consist of 3 parts: \n1. 1-Hour Solo FA Output\n2. 1-Hour Solo Pure Stamina FA+\n3. 1v1 Head-to-Head Card Draw – Pool Play (Competitor) & Round Robin (Team Captains) \nGiven the locale of this event\, 8 Competitor slots will be reserved for the top 8 seeded New York-local players. The other 8 Competitor slots\, alongside all Team Captain slots\, will be at-large openings. \nPrize support and accolades will be based on the following: \n1. Team Final Standings (Cumulative Ranking Across Events on a Per-Event Basis)\n2. Individual Completion of Targeted Goals \nThat’s all for now! Please communicate with me with any and all questions\, concerns\, and comments. This is my first experience running an event and I want this to be as collaborative\, exciting\, and wholly enjoyable as humanly possible. \nDISCLAIMER: The vast majority of YARKSFA’s tournament structure is copied or slightly adjusted from that of the Midwest Coast Stamina FA tournament series created by Ryan Konkul and Kyle Dobay. They have permitted me to utilize and build off of all of the hard work they put into MWCSFA for this. This would not be possible without them!

SUMMARY:SUPER Extra Exclusive (1.26.19) ~DDR World Tournament 2~
DESCRIPTION:Dear All DDR Players:The 8th KAC qualifying round has concluded\, the rules have been announced\, and players from all around the globe are anticipating the big event on Sunday\, January 27th at the JAEPO convention in Japan. However\, The Konami Arcade Championships only allow a handful of players to compete\, and while many have already secured their travel plans to visit Japan to cheer on their friends and show support\, tradition would dictate that another event will be shaking Tokyo to its core…\nSUPER. Extra. Exclusive!\nA REAL tournament\, where the greatest DDR players of the world can duke it out in the heart of Japan!\nOn Saturday\, the day before KAC\, we will be holding a 32-man single and double elimination Singles tournament AND gauntlet-style Doubles tournament at Eternal Amusement Tower in Akihabara. \nWe will be renting the 8th floor of the building (for real this time!) where we will have an entire floor dedicated to a DDR A white cabinet to run and stream the event! There will be PLENTY of leg room!\n[Location]\nEternal Amusement Tower\, Akihabara – 8th Floor\n[Time]\nSaturday\, January 26th @ 11AM\n[Rules]\n*SINGLES*\nThe Singles division will be a 32-man single/double elimination tournament.\nThe first 2 rounds will be single elimination.\nThe 3rd round and beyond will be double elimination.\nThe top 4 finals will be Round Robin style.\nSeeding:\nThe top 32 overall rankers for The 8th KAC qualifying period will get a free bye into the tournament for their respective slots. As a handful of these players will not be attending or competing in this event\, the remaining bottom slots will be available for players to compete for via a qualifying set to be submitted prior to the event.\nQualifiers:\nA qualifying set will be used to determine who will fill remaining seeds in the top 32. The cutoff for submitting scores will be January 20th. Simply take a photo of your set and post here or Tweet your photo with the hashtag #extraexclusive2019 by the cutoff date.\nAll players are encouraged to submit qualifying scores!\nQualifier songs:\n・S!ck ESP Lv16\n・PARANOiA-Respect- ESP Lv16\nPlay a set that includes these 2 songs. Your set may be played in any order\, and you can replay any song within that set. If you get Extra Stage\, you are welcome to replay any of the songs once more. The higher of each of the 2 songs’ scores will be counted. Take a photo of the grand results screen for your set. As such\, machine score will be used.\nTournament:\nThe first two rounds will be a 4-song card draw using a custom card draw application. Each player vetoes 1 song\, with the higher seed deciding pad or veto order. The players will play the remaining 2 songs in the order drawn. The winner will be decided via total EX of the 2 songs.\nThe third and semi-final rounds will be 5-song card draw. Each player will then select 1 song to PROTECT\, and 1 song to veto (a protected song cannot be vetoed by the other player). The higher seed will decide pad\, or who decides veto/protect order. The 2 protected songs and the remaining song will be used to decide the 3-song match.\nThe finals will be a 7-song card draw\, with each player selecting 1 song to protect and 1 song to veto. The remaining 5 songs will be played\, with the first player to reach 3 song victories winning the match.\n*Songs will be played in the order drawn unless both players agree to play in order of ascending difficulty.\n*If the same song is drawn twice with different difficulties\, the 2nd draw of the song will be redrawn to prevent a single song weighing heavier on a single match than another.\n*If both players agree\, they may redraw the songs for a new set of songs once.\nAll rounds will be ESP/CSP only.\nRound 1: 13-17 (weighted 15%\, 20%\, 30%\, 20%\, 15%)\nRound 2: 14-18 (weighted 15%\, 20%\, 30%\, 20%\, 15%)\nRound 3: 15-19 (weighted 15%\, 34%\, 34%\, 15%\, 2%)\nSemi-finals: 16-19 (weighted 30%\, 35%\, 30%\, 5%)\nFinals: 17-19 (weighted 40%\, 50%\, 10%)\nPad side will be chosen by higher seed. As of this time\, there will be no arbitration.\nAll rounds will be strictly EX score based.\nScoring for Rounds 1 and 2 will be best total EX of 2 songs (cumulative).\nScoring for Round 3 and Semi-finals will be best 2 out of 3 (not cumulative).\nGrand finals will be top 2 of winners bracket and top 2 of losers bracket moving into a Round Robin competition. Matches will be best 3 out of 5 (not cumulative).\n*During the Top 8\, competitors will be given 1 warm-up song before their set begins. During grand finals\, competitors will be given up to 2 warm-up songs before their set begins.\nThe Round Robin Grand Finals will be played in the following order\, with 1 & 2 being the winners of the winners’ bracket\, and 3 & 4 being the winners of the losers’ bracket.\nFinals order:\n3 vs 4\n2 vs 4\n1 vs 3\n1 vs 4\n2 vs 3\n1 vs 2\nThis way the winners of losers’ play first\, the winners of winners’ play last\, and no player is forced to play more than 2 matches back to back.\nThe player with the most victories is the champion!\n*In the event of a tie\, the player with the least number of losses during the Round Robin will take priority.\n[Notice]\nAll rules are subject to change\, and any changes will be promptly announced\, so please check back periodically leading up to the event. SUMMARY:FBA9: The 2018 Freeplay DDR Championship
DESCRIPTION:Pre-registration is REQUIRED for FBA9. Reg. deadline is 12/24 at noon———-> smash.gg/FBA9REMOTE QUALIFYING IS MANDATORY FOR FBA9———-> See post body for submission rules and e-mail address for qualifier submissions\nWelcome to the Facebook event page for FBA9: The 2018 Freeplay DDR Championship! FBA9 will be the finale of the 2018 season of the FBA series of monthly DDR tournaments at Freeplay Bar & Arcade\, and we’re doing it big to send everyone off into another year of tournaments in 2019! This will also be the first FBA tournament to move to a Saturday from our usual Sunday dates! \nDue to the success of dance games and the FBA series at Freeplay Bar & Arcade\, Freeplay has made a big investment into a professional streaming setup\, and FBA9 will be the first FBA tournament to be live broadcast on Twitch! Two commentators will be covering the tournament from start to finish\, and the tournament stream will feature a direct video lineout of the game screen\, a camera on the two players\, and a camera on the commentators. The live stream will also feature player stats and matchup data accumulated throughout all DDR tournaments in New England in 2018.\nTo cap off the event\, there will be a pizza party thrown after the tournament (included in the registration fee)\, at which time we’ll be doing announcements for 2019\, and then an awards ceremony! The awards ceremony will feature superlatives for particular player accomplishments\, and most importantly\, the top players of the FBA series will be recognized with awards and the champion of the 2018 FBA season will be crowned! NOTE to regular FBA players: Player stats are NOT final as of right now\, and the top players of the 2018 season will be calculated immediately after the tournament using FBA9’s match data to determine the top rankers. If you’ve been rocking it at the FBA series\, you’re in the running! Don’t miss out on the last tournament!\n—————–FBA9 Pre-Registration Policy:\nPlayers must pre-register to compete at FBA9 so the Freeplay and New England Rhythm Games team know what to expect in terms of headcount. Registration will run through smash.gg/FBA9. If you’re interested in checking out the tournament but don’t want to compete\, you can register as a spectator which will cover you to join in the pizza party / awards ceremony after the tournament! The registration deadline is December 24th at noon.\nNote: FBA9 will not be using smash.gg’s bracketing system and will instead be hosted on Challonge as usual.\n—————–Contact info and 21+ policy\nTOURNAMENT IS 21+\nTournament Director: Nate Lemoi\, contact on FB with any questions/comments/concerns\nLike the “New England Rhythm Games” FB page to get the most up to date information about the FBA tournament series and community meetups!\n——Address\, Pricing\, and Prizes\nAddress: 182 Pine St\, Providence\, RI 02903\n(401) 316-4299\nDate: Saturday\, December 29th\nTime: Doors open at 11 AM for check-in and last minute qualifying\, tournament starts at 12 PM sharp\n$10 Freeplay admission at the door\n$25 Registration fee ($15 NERG registration fee\, $10 to prize pool)\n$10 to register as a spectator (pays to cover your spot at the pizza party and awards ceremony\, no tournie registration\, does NOT include Freeplay’s $10 cover)\nPrizes:\n1st: 60% of prize pool\, $25 Freeplay gift card\, Freeplay Swag\n2nd: 30% of prize pool\, $10 Freeplay gift card and Freeplay Swag\n3rd: 10% of prize pool\, Freeplay Swag\nNOTE: The New England Rhythm Games and Freeplay team are actively seeking out sponsors for FBA9\, prizes are very likely to shoot up between the event announcement and the day of the tournament. The prize structure is also subject to change. Check regularly for updates.\n————————–RULESET:—————————————\n—————–Qualifiers:\nQualifiers:\nProgrammed Universe (EXPERT 12)\nOsaka Evolved TYPE 3 (DIFFICULT 13)\nThis tournament welcomes players of all skill levels! If the given qualifier is too difficult\, players may qualify on a lower difficulty.\nNOTE: REMOTE QUALIFYING IS MANDATORY FOR FBA9.\nFor the sake of consistency\, only remote qualifying scores from DDR Ace will be accepted\, and the picture/video must be of the score screen not your E-Amuse record on the song select screen. We do not have the time available to do any more than a strictly minimal amount of day-of qualifying for players who couldn’t make it out to a qualifying location due to work/life obligations\, or out-of-region players without access to public DDR Ace machines. The places to qualify in New England are at one of the three DDR Ace locations:\nRound 1 @ Silver City Galleria\, Taunton\, MA\nDave n’ Buster’s\, Braintree\, MA\nRound 1 @ The Maine Mall\, Portland\, ME\nFor those New England players who live further out west in the region and have a longer drive to make it to one of the central Ace locations\, the best day to make a trip would be during the Nintendo-themed community meetup that will be hosted by Rhythmcore Gaming at Round 1 (Taunton) on Saturday\, December 15th. Make the most out of a Round 1 trip and come hang out with the community! The FB event page for the meetup is below:\nhttps://www.facebook.com/events/573425906441799/\nYou can send your two qualifying scores to newenglandrhythmgames@gmail.com.\nIn case of a qualifier tie\, a random 13 will be selected as a tiebreaker.\nDepending on time constraints\, there may or may NOT be a warmup song allowed for last-minute in-person qualifiers. Normally we do not do warmups at the FBA series and that is the most likely scenario. For this reason\, remote qualifying is HIGHLY encouraged. We want to keep last-minute day-of qualifiers to an absolute minimum. If warmups are granted\, you may not play one of the qualifiers as your warmup. Just a note on fairness\, if warmups are granted\, all players will be granted a warmup. There won’t be a scenario where warmups are granted and then taken back\, putting those players without a warmup at a disadvantage.\n—————–Format:\n30 or less players: Double Elimination\nMore than 30 players: Single Elimination to top 16\, then double elimination\nThe tournament will be using DDR X3.\nThe tournament will be seeded using the two qualifiers and run best 2 out of 3 songs using a random card draw for the song picks and a veto/protect system detailed below. Winner of each song will be determined by EX score (3 points for Marvelous/O.K.\, 2 points for Perfect\, 1 point for Great)\n[Note for new players who are unfamiliar with tournament seeding: Seeding is the method used to pair the players’ matches in the first round so that the strongest players do not face each other until later rounds. For this tournament\, each player’s qualifying scores are added together and ranked from highest to lowest\, then paired with their opposite ranking player. For example\, in an 8-player tournament\, pairings would be 1st ranked player and 8th ranked player\, 2-7\, 3-4\, and 5-6.]\nGrand finals will be best 3 out of 5\, each song guaranteed to be a 14 thru 19. In the grand finals\, 7 songs will be random’ed\, and then the normal veto/protect sequence will occur.\n*********NOTE: The format for grand finals may change to a longer format\, possibly match rules or other format\, before or during the tournament based on time constraints.\nEach round will have an increasingly difficult range of difficulties that the songs will be selected from. The specific difficulty range per round will depend on the size of the bracket. A full breakdown of the difficulty ranges can be found here:\n32-player bracket difficulty ranges: https://i.imgur.com/Cln2lKj.jpg\nThe difficulty ranges for a 64-player bracket are currently being finalized\, will be released asap\nFBA9 will utilize weighted randoms\, the difficulty weights for each range are as follows:\n9-11 (2\, 4\, 3)\n11-15 (3\, 5\, 7\, 4 \, 3)\n12-15 (3\, 4\, 4\, 3)\n12-16 (5\, 8\, 9\, 7\, 6)\n13-16 (7\, 11\, 10\, 9)\n13-17 (4\, 5\, 7\, 6\, 5)\n14-17 (5\, 7\, 8\, 7)\n14-18 (7\, 9\, 10\, 9\, 8)\n14-19 (10\, 13\, 15\, 13\, 10\, 5)\n—————–VETO SYSTEM:\nPrior to each match\, 5 songs will be random’ed. From there\, the players will each select a song to veto-protect (meaning they pick a song that may NOT be vetoed in the veto round)\, and then each player will veto one of the remaining 3 songs to give the final 3-song set. The remaining three songs will be played in the order they were selected.\nAt the beginning of the match: higher seed will choose one of the three following preferences:\n-Pad preference (left side/right side)\n-Veto-protect order (first or second)\n-Veto order (first or second)\nHigher seed gets the remaining option not selected by the lower seed.\n————–Other rules:\nAll songs will be on Expert or Challenge\, except that any non-Expert or Challenge chart that is a 13 or above in difficulty will also be included in the random draw.\nCut\, no freezes\, and no jumps are not allowed as modifiers as they affect total EX score. Life gauge modifiers are not allowed. All other mods including turn mods (right\, shuffle\, etc.)\, appearance mods (sudden\, hidden\, etc.) and arrow movement mods (boost\, brake\, wave) are allowed.\nIf a player fails a song\, their EX score at the time of failure will be used as their final score for the song.\nBarring extreme circumstances\, there will be no pad arbitration. In the event of close matches with clear pad errors\, players will switch sides and play the song again\, using their highest score to determine the winner.\n***************NOTE: All rules are subject to change\, please check the event page regularly for update announcements. While this is highly unlikely and will be avoided at all costs\, number of songs per match may be changed in case of a very large player turnout endangering time constraints.

SUMMARY:Trick or Beats [RhythmCore]
DESCRIPTION:Register here: https://smash.gg/tournament/trick-or-beats-2018SDVX \nPeople are seeded based on total score between both the qualifiers. Double elimination. Song choice format is pick-pick-random. You may not pick a song that you’ve already picked earlier in the tournament. Top seed either gets song choice (first or second) or machine choice (left or right).\nSong choices for each round:\n– 13 to 16 for the first round\n– 14 to 17 for the second round\n– 15 to 18 for the third round\n– 16-19 for the fourth round if applicable\n– Round Robin 17+\nIf there are less than four rounds due to attendance\, this will be shortened accordingly\, eliminating the easier song choice ranges.\nAny options that don’t include mirror or random are allowed\, including excessive\, lane colors\, judgment position\, etc.\nA person is allowed any song that they are able to choose provided it lands in the difficulty range of that round. Any song that any player has unlocked can be chosen; if one person has less songs unlocked but wants to choose a song the other person has unlocked\, they may do so.\nFinal four is round robin format\, 3 out of 5 for each round. Top seed gets either song choices (first/fourth or second/third) or machine choice. Format is subject to change based on time.\nIIDX \nHost: Pachy (Pakachu)\nOverview:\nThis tournament will be ran double elimination style bracket.\nSong selection will be determined by card draw.\nEach player must play a qualifier to determine their spot on the bracket.\nAll mods are selectable\nCard Draw:\nEvery song will be placed into a pool in which a program will draw 5 songs/difficulty at random.\nHigher seed will be able to choose from 3 of the following options with the third option going back to the higher seeder.\nChoice of song protection order\nChoice of song veto order\nChoice of cab (Left/Right)\nSong protection – Both players will select a song to not be vetoed\nSong veto – Both players will select a song to veto\nThe remaining 3 songs will be played in the order they were drawn.\nAll songs with the exception of 11/12s will be played on Another difficulty.\nLevel range for card draw (May change depending on how many rounds)\nRound 1 – (8 – 10)\nRound 2 – (9 – 11)\nRound 3 – (10 – 11)\nRound 4+ – (11 – 12)\nMatches are played best 2 of out 3.\nScoring for each song will be determined by EX score\nPGreat = 2 points\nGreat = 1 points\nGood/Bad/Miss = 0 point\nIf there is a tie\, a random song will be chosen from the randomizer app.\nDDR\nPrize: TBD\nRule type: Card draw based on (https://ddrdraw.surge.sh/)\nQualifiers:\nTsugaru Expert 12\nThe Island Song Challenge 13\nEX score based\, submit screenshot of score at results screen. Same set not necessary.\nOn site qualifiers will end at 12PM\, tournament begins at 12:30 PM\nTournament Format:\nFirst round is single elimination for time constraint (if player entry exceeds 32 man)\nEach round afterwards is double elimination\nRound 1 spread: Level 12 – 14 (weight setting 4\, 6\, 4)\nRound 2 spread: Level 13 – 16 (weight setting 1\, 3\, 3\, 1)\nRound 3 spread: Level 13 – 17 (weight setting 2\, 3\, 5\, 5\, 3)\nRound 4 onward spread: 14 – 18 (weight setting 3\, 5\, 5\, 5\, 3)\nGeneral Ruleset:\nEX Scoring will be used\nHigher seed chooses pad or veto order\, lower seed gets other choice. \nTie results in TO card draw of one song\nIf card draw set includes a song from the BEMANI SUMMER GREETINGS or more recent\, a player can veto the set. Player MUST be informed without seeing the set. Songs include but not limited to:\nLife is Beautiful\nPuberty Dysthymia\nRejoin\nSuper Summer Sale\n風鈴花火\n星座が恋した瞬間を。\nPrey\nTurn mods allowed\nAny pad issues and arbitration MUST be called during your song. TOs will keep a close eye in case of persisting issues. IF no observable issues arise for the rest of the match\, the tournament will resume.\nIf pad issues interfere with a match’s results\, a rematch of the same song with both players switching sides may be allowed at TO’s discretion.\nRematches will only be allowed if the EX score difference is within 0-10 EX points and there is an obvious pad issue.\nOnce the next song is selected\, the previous song’s results are recorded. No retroactive arbitration is allowed. \nHighest EX score wins. \nPlayers MUST play through their song. Pretending to fail out will result in an automatic LOSS for the song. \nTO is allowed to call the end of the song early if a player stops playing midway. \nBut if they’re about to set a WR just let them do it\, it’s kinda hype. \nPIU\nSeeds are determined based on the total score of both qualifiers (additive).\nThe tournament will use a double elimination bracket.\nBar use is allowed at all times.\nThe following mods are forced: HJ\, BGA DARK\nAny other mods may be used that don’t interfere with the other player’s playfield. No Swords.\nEach round will be played using the card draw system. 5 songs in the selected level range will be generated\, and each player will veto one song. The remaining 3 songs will be played in the order they are listed (unless the players agree on a different order)\nAll matches for Top 8 and later will exclusively use Doubles songs. All prior matches will exclusively use Singles songs.\nThe final match (Grand Finals) will consist of 5 songs\, with each player alternating song picks. If necessary\, the final song will be random\, with a 3 song-set generated and each player vetoing one song.\nFor doubles\, each player will alternate going first (ex. If Player A plays first for song 1\, Player B will play first for song 2\, and Player A will go first again for the tiebreaker)\nThe higher seed will either be able to choose one of the following three options. The lower seed will get to choose from the remaining two\, with the 3rd going to the higher seed.\nPad side (for singles) or play order (for doubles)\nSong veto order (1st or 2nd)\nSong protection order (1st or 2nd)\nFor Grand Finals:\nPlay order\nPick order\nSong veto order\nMachine score will be used to determine the winner of each song.\nOnly arcade charts will be used (no full songs\, remixes\, shortcuts)\nCard Draw Level Ranges:\nRound 1: 16-18\nRound 2: 17-19\nRound 3: 18-21\nRound 4: 19-22\nRound 5: 20+\n(May be adjusted based on number of entrants)\nQualifiers\nPump it Up\nU Got 2 Know S17 HJ\nAllegro Piu Mosso S16 HJ\nIIDX\nSTAR FIELD – SADA A9\nQueen’s Tragedy – Nekomata Master+ A10\nSDVX\nLucky Clover EXH 17\nLionheart MXM 16\nDDR\nTsugaru – ESP 12\nThe Island Song – CSP 13

For example\, if you are capable of 17’s\, you should not be in low tier. The tiers are there so that girls of all skill levels can compete with other girls on their level. Please enter the appropriate tier so competition is fair. If you think you aren’t good enough – enter anyway. This is a friendly competition!\nこの大会には「初級、中級、上級」の３つのレベルがあります。 \n  \nSONGS 曲\nFor each division\, there will be 6 different charts.\nそれぞれの級に、６曲あります。 \nSTAMINA SET\nスタミナセット\n3 designated charts MUST be played in a single game set\, similar to how KAC qualifiers were. These songs played in a single set are there to test your endurance. You must submit photos of each score\, as well as the summary screen that proves that you played them in the same set.\nKAC(Konami Arcade Championship、)と同様に、一つのゲームセットで３曲の指名されたものをしなければなりません。 \nSINGLE SONGS 個別の曲\nThe other 3 songs do not have to be played in a single set. You only need to submit a photo of the score. These songs might have some trickier things to time\, and will test your MA skills!\n残りの３曲 は、同じゲームセット内でプレイする必要はありません。 \n  \nSCORING 採点方法\nYour EX SCORE is what matters here – it’s at the bottom on the results screen. The total of your 6 EX scores will be your grand total. EX Scoring works as follows – 3 points for a Marvelous\, 2 points for Perfect\, 1 point for Great. Please make sure the EX score is visible in your photo.\n今回EX スコア（スコア結果の下にあるもの）を評価することになりました。 \n  \nTOURNAMENT MANTRA 大会の目的\nValkyrie Dimension’s purpose is to encourage women and girls to enter a competitive scene in order to encourage their personal growth in the game. Competition brings out the best in people\, and it should be experienced at every level of skill. Dance Dance Revolution has always had it’s share of devoted women players\, but it is largely a male-dominated game. This is a chance for girls around the world to put their skills to the test and enjoy the thrill of tournament play.\nヴァルキリー・ディメンションの目的は、女性DDRプレイヤーのゲームの上達を支援することです。 \n  \nOFFICIAL RULES\n1. SUMMARY:Midwest Coast Stamina FA 3
DESCRIPTION:Qualifiers due July 15th\, 2018This will be the third iteration of the Midwest Coast Stamina FA tournaments hosted by Ryan. Ryan and I (Kyle) will both be running this collaboratively\, and for conveniences of many potential entrants\, it will be hosted instead more toward the east coast this time at my own home.\nThere will be over $1000 in cash prizes given to the top 4 winners.\nWe will take the top 16 entrants for this event\, similar to last time. You get seeded based on your cumulative ranking between the 2 qualifying songs. Here are your qualifying songs:\nCrossroad (Cirque du Enzo) – must be played on FA+ or ECFA mode on SM5\nSmashup (Stamina Showcase) – must be played on regular FA\nDecents and way offs may be turned off for both songs\nCMod\, hide background\, and hide mines allowed for both\nMirror is permitted\nSlow rate mods are prohibited\, faster are permitted\nHere is the download for the qualifiers (offset set to ITG 9ms)\nhttps://drive.google.com/open?id=19bnCk-CTz3522l8wCHGHZo0hQJB2JTMT\nSpreadsheet for scores:\nhttps://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1heq8OsLbmHB8oHsC3z47pYWZyR3w1dZzUHulQYlAe1I/edit#gid=0\nYou may not submit previous scores from before this qualifier announcement.\n– Total blues will be counted for Crossroad only.\n– Smashup will be normal ITG scoring percentage.\n– Qualifiers due July 15th\, 2018\n– Everyone who competed in ECS 6 automatically receive a qualifier ranking. \n– There will be 16 competitors determined from the following ranking:\nfirst by qualifier score then by place in ECS 6\n– If you competed in ECS 6 but don’t play the qualifier\, you qualify below everyone who did play the qualifier and below anyone who placed higher than you in ECS 6\nEvents:\nJust like MWCSFA 1 and 2\, there will be 2 individual sets with time slots chosen in order of qualifications ranking and a 1v1 portion\, only this time it will be using a swiss format.. We will also try to incorporate a PIU side tournament for stamina (no qualifying score required).\nThe packs for the events will be released within a week of qualifiers ending. Expect it to be very similar to ECS 6.5/MWCSFA2 with modifications.\nStamina FA+ 1v1\nSimilarly to ECFA\, this will be a swiss 1v1 with a top 16. If we do not get an even number appropriate to swiss\, this will be changed to double elimination\n– The event will be 1v1 using the Swiss format \n– It will be on FA+ or ECFA mode on SM5\n– Swiss format;; in this format\, there will be 4 rounds which all players will compete against another player of the same win/loss ratio \n– During later rounds\, players will never play the same person twice. \n– For example\, after the first round\, everyone will be either 1 to 0 or 0 to 1.\n– For the second round\, the 0 to 1s will be assigned to play one another\, while the 1 to 0s \nwill be assigned to play one another as well\, all based on seeding. \n– The same thing will happen for future rounds\, being that people play each other with the same wins/losses. \n– This format allows for players to never be eliminated\, have the same amount of playing opportunity as everyone else\, and never be stuck playing the same person twice. \n– The higher seed will get choice of song protection\, song veto\, or side (more specifics below) \n– The higher seed will choose first\, then the lower seed will choose one of the remaining two options\, and the third will fall back on the higher seed \n– Song selection (vetoing and protection phase) will be based on card draw. 5 Cards will be drawn\, 2 will be protected first (determined by who decides order)\, and 2 will be \neliminated (also determined by who decides order\, one by each player\, exactly like how storm and other big events are set up) \n– The 5 songs will then be played in the order they are drawn\, best 2 out of 3 the decide winner. \n– I will allow 2 warm up songs (1 song chosen by each player) before each round starts (nothing that exceeds 2 and a half minutes). \n– No mines is permitted \n– Greats\, Decents and way offs will be disabled unless players agree to have them on\n– Hide background and mirror are permitted \n– The packs consists of 12s to 17s\, varying in BPMs ranging from 130 to 220ish\n– You may use CMods for any song\n-If we do not have the ability to do swiss\, we will do double elimination.\n-Scoring is 2 for blue\, 1 for white\, 0 for excellent\, and -1 for each mine hit\, roll/freeze dropped\, or miss\nPure Stamina FA+\n– You will be given a one hour time slot to get as many blue fantastics as you can.\n– This will also be played on FA+ or ECFA mode on SM5\n– You may hold the green button to back out and have your blue fantastics counted. \n– Each song will only be allowed once. \n– Just like 1v1\, greats\, way offs\, and decents may be turned off.\n– Faster rate mods permitted\nFA Set Output\n– Your 6 best scores in a single set are summed up to calculate your final score.\n– Out of those 6 songs\, \n1 must be in the bpm range of [150-160)\n1 must be in the bpm range of [160-170)\n1 must be in the bpm range of [180-190)\n1 must be in the bpm range of [190-200)\n1 must be in the bpm range of [200-220)\nThe last song may be from any bpm range\n– Your score calculation will be similar to MWCSFA2 FA Raw Output calculation.\n– For reference:\nhttps://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Weyimnqyc3nbS5Jj1xiuUxKRraMP0GYHrkaMufj0OqY/edit#gid=1456700467\n– Percentage is exponential. For example:\nIf you get 99.00% you will get around 90% of total possible points for a given song.\nIf you get 95.00% you will get around 60% of total possible points for a given song.\nIf you get 90.00% you will get around 30% of total possible points for a given song.\nPump Raw Output\n– This is a side tournament with Pump it Up. \n– It follows the exact same rules and scoring as the ECS Raw Output sets but played on Pump it Up 5 panel. \n– Will update this with more info later.\nOverall winner\n– Overall Midwest Coast Stamina FA 3 champion will be determined from all of the ITG tournaments. \n– There will be prizes for top 4\, including trophies and cash\n– Placing is determined by the lowest total rank from the 3 ITG tournaments. e.g. 1st + 4th + 3rd = 8 points. \n– Tie breakers are as follows in order of resolution: your best rank in any tournament\, most number of the best ranks\, least worst rank\, fewest worst ranks\, placement in double elimination.\ne.g.\nP1 ranks 1st\, 1st\, 3rd\nP2 ranks 2nd\, 1st\, 2nd\nP1 would win overall.

SUMMARY:PERFECT STEP SOUND PARTY 2018 THE LAST CONTEST
DESCRIPTION:20th Anniversary – Dance Dance Revolution. \n\n\n \nOld Soldier Exhibition\n\nO.S.E. WARS/PSSP/R.C.A. SUMMARY:WARS: Dance Dance Revolution 20th Anniversary unofficial JAPAN SINGLE SCORE TOURNAMENT
DESCRIPTION:About WARS\n16回目。 \nWARS. \nWARS. \n予選課題曲\n[通過人数48名]\nDanceDanceRevolution　(CHALLENGE)\nX-SPECIALではありません\nGroup A\n1回戦 – 4回戦\n1回戦 – PARANOiA MAX -DIRTY MIX- (EXPERT)\n2回戦 – Healing Vision -Angelic mix- (EXPERT)\n3回戦 – Xepher(EXPERT)\n4回戦 – SABER WING Ishihara(EXPERT) / on the bounce(EXPERT) (2曲合計)\nGroup B\n1回戦 – 4回戦\n1回戦 – TRIP MACHINE -luv mix- (EXPERT)\n2回戦 – Sweet Sweet v Magic(EXPERT)\n3回戦 – Pluto Relinquish(DIFFICULT)\n4回戦 – POSSESSION(DIFFICULT) / Pierce the Sky(EXPERT) (2曲合計)\nGroup C\n1回戦 – 4回戦\n1回戦 – Healing Vision(EXPERT)\n2回戦 – xenon (EXPERT)\n3回戦 – Saturn (EXPERT)\n4回戦 – London EVOLVED Ver.A (EXPERT) / SILVER☆DREAM (EXPERT) (2曲合計)\n敗者復活戦\n課題曲当日発表 \n準決勝\nCondor(CHALLENGE)\nIMANOGUILTS(CHALLENGE)\nBoss Rush(DIFFICULT)\n3曲トータルスコア勝負 \n決勝\n各々2曲自選曲の5曲本数制。 \n予選課題曲\n[通過人数24名]\nFascination MAXX (EXPERT)\nGroup A\n1回戦 – 3回戦\n1回戦 – MAX300 (X-Special) (CHALLENGE)\n2回戦 – POSSESSION (EXPERT)\n3回戦 – Astrogazer (CHALLENGE)\nGroup B\n1回戦 – 3回戦\n1回戦 – MAXX UNLIMITED(X-Special) (CHALLENGE)\n2回戦 – Anti Matter (EXPERT)\n3回戦 – Cosy Catastrophe (CHALLENGE)\nGroup C\n1回戦 – 3回戦\n1回戦 – The Legend of MAX(X-Special) (CHALLENGE)\n2回戦 – New Decade (EXPERT)\n3回戦 – Neutrino (CHALLENGE)\n敗者復活戦\n課題曲当日発表 \n決勝 (4名)\n「Revenge on “BOSS RUSH Ver.SN2″」\nPARANOiA -HADES- (CHALLENGE)\nNGO (CHALLENGE)\nTRIP MACHINE PhoeniX (CHALLENGE)\nPluto (CHALLENGE)\nPluto Relinquish (CHALLENGE)\n5曲トータルスコア勝負
