On Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Round1 Eastridge Shopping Center in San Jose… Freestyle Takeover, in conjunction with Infinity Stage and Valkyrie Dimension, will usher in a New Decade!Kicking things off will be Clash of the Valkyries, a 6-on-6 all women’s tech squad battle! Two squads assembled and led by two top-flight team captains will face-off in a 3-round clash to be held on Dance Dance Revolution A20! Check out our qualifier info below and get your scores in by 1/15/20. Our second competition will showcase DANCERUSH STARDOM Freestyle. Flashing lights and flashier moves are the name of the game. Show us your fancy footwork, get the party jumpin’, and you might be the special one to take home some sweet prizes and earn the title of DANCERUSH STARDOM Freestyle Champion! To close the evening, all eyes will be back on the Dance Dance Revolution A20 machine with our DDR Freestyle Competitions. In our First Stage Division, we encourage first-timers, novices, and those finding their own groove to challenge themselves and show us their performance! On the line will be sweet prize packages as well as a free registration for a future Freestyle Takeover event. If you’ve competed more than a couple times in freestyle, consider our next division!
