KONAMI has dropped a huge update following the BPL S2 FINALS for DanceDanceRevolution A3.
A new EXTRA EXCLUSIVE song “Pure Rude” by kors k was announced to be available as the EXTRA STAGE song. That leaves EON BREAK and Pure Rude as the available EXTRA EXCLUSIVE songs and bumping THE ANCIENT KING IS BACK into the regular song list. It is playable as of July 6, 2023.
BEMANI PRO LEAGUE SEASON 2 song packs for DDR GRAND PRIX have been released for purchase as of July 6, 2023. There are 8 volumes and each volume features the theme song of each team that participated in the BPL S2 tournament. Purchasing every song pack will unlock a CHALLENGE 19 chart for BREAKING THE FUTURE by ARM (IOSYS) x BEMANI Sound Team “U1” ft. Kradness x TRIΔNGLE. To commemorate the 25th anniversary of DanceDanceRevolution, KONAMI is hosting auditions for producing original music and for singing. There are restrictions for the auditions, such as it is limited to those who reside in Japan. Visit the pages to learn about specific rules and restrictions.
The BPL BATTLE MODE that was planned for release on July 6, 2023 has been postponed. The release will be announced at a later date.
