Allez Les Filles ! – 2018

Celine's ITG Dungeon Normandy, France

Hello everyone and welcome to the 2018 installment of Allez Les Filles !

This tournament is held at Celine's house and has the vocation of being an international, girls-only tournament, ran by Celine Blanc, Tuhka Kat, Elo, Okami and yours truely. It will last 3 days (that Monday is a day-off in France)

The tournament will follow the OG Girlspocalypse rules with some tweaks to it which is basically 3 categories, Stamina, Speed and Timing, two 1 (one) hour sessions to get the maximum of points you can in the different categories.

Difficulties will probably range from 9 to 17 (might be tweaked if we happen to have people from the US playing above this level), so everyone is welcomed to participate.

Specific rules will soon be updated but remember, this is not GP, and nor is it the female Eurocup, it's an event meant to gather female players from France and all of Europe together to have some great fun !

System Arcadia is back once again with our 4th and biggest installment yet of 灼熱Summer Night!!! After a successful event last year, Machine has graciously opened their doors for us to take main stage for Saturday, June 30th for New England's greatest Japanese EDM event to date. Throughout the next few months, performers from abroad (Yes, that is a plural) will be announced along with ticket sales launching early next month. 16回目。「WARS」単品だと17年目になるんですか。
物事は5年経ったら取り巻く環境的にも継続が難しくなっていくものの、
昨今のゲーセン事情を考えたら尚更と思うのですが、
ありがたい事に「殆ど何も変えずに」続けることが出来ております。
関係各位に感謝致します。

毎回毎回「よく続いてるなあ」なんて事書いてると思うんですが、
今回はちょっと昔の話からしようかと思います。

「WARS」

開始当時にアメリカの同時多発テロが起きて世界で戦争始めちゃったもんだから、
「大会名不謹慎じゃない？」なんて話し合いが起きたのも良い思い出です。
（結局何も対応せずにそのままやったんですが）

この大会の大元は、今回同時開催されるPSSPという大会です。
2000年にいろいろ大きくやりすぎてPSSPは運営的に大きな失敗をします。
総合大会は難しいんだな、という所にぶち当たった結果、
「スコアラーの為のシンプルな大会がやりたい、俺ほらスコアラーだし」
ということでとにかくシンプルな形式にしたのがWARSでした。
