Eye Tracking on DDR

Have you ever wondered where players look on the screen while they play DDR? Amazing man DDR-KOJI set up a YouTube livestream to experiment with some eye tracking technology. Since the screen is too far away for the eye tracking sensor to work, they set up a monitor in front of the stage with a sensor on it and the players read off of the monitor.

It’s interesting to see where their eyes tend to look when a chart scrolls very fast or very slow, and when some distractions show up at around the 1:23:00 mark, though that may be a little NSFW. Viewer discretion is advised.
